utma – This cookie tracks the number of times a user has been to our website, the date of the first visit and the date of their last visit. It is a persistent cookie with a long expiry date.
utmb & utmc – These cookies work in unison to calculate how long a user has been active on our site. The cookie utmb takes a timestamp when a user first visits the site and utmc will take a timestamp when you leave our website. The utmb expires immediatly after leaving the website and utmc typically expires within 30 minutes.
utmz – This cookie is used to track the users source, for example what search term they used to find this website, what keywords they used or what website they clicked our link on.
We use a system called Appointlet for managing our online bookies, this system will create a few cookies in order to function correctly.
jsessionid – This is a persistent cookie which holds all the session data, it is also used to hold your form details if you opt to save them for future use.

Complaints, here’s how to move forward
We take great pride in the work we carry out and in being as open and transparent as possible. Whilst the vast majority of our work goes ahead to the usual high standard, naturally there will be some jobs which don’t go as smoothly as planned.

If you find a problem, or have a question we ask that you make contact with a member of staff in the office so we can rectify the problem as quickly and smoothly as possible. We always aim to respond to a problem as quickly as possible but this can sometimes take up to 5 days if some areas need investigation. If we cannot rectify the problem quickly we will provide date estimations and be as transparent as possible with the process.
Alternative Complains Resolution
In the even rarer scenario where we cannot mutually resolve a complaint, we subscribe to the Which? Trusted Trader ADR complaitns service. This service provides an impartial mediator to oversee the complaint with the ultimate end goal of settling both parties.
