I came across this garage while searching for one that would offer specialized care to my twenty old Lexus, rather than going to a main dealer. After reading other people's thoughts I sent an email to enquire and received an answer which offered a clear and budget-conscious quote. My car was repaired and serviced with the care I wished for and always with the 'best' advice. I been going to this garage for months and each time I’m leaving with a pleasant feeling knowing my car is in safe hands worked by competent mechanics who deal mainly in VAG cars. Been to many garage’s before in which something lacks either overpricing or poor work ethic. Can’t say the same for Whatlington garage I travel 40 minutes every time and it worth every minute prices are very competitive friendly staff and mechanics who explain every detail they work on the vehicle and what may need improving in the future. No hard selling or overpricing. Everything is done right for your vehicles needs. Big thank you to all the mechanics and front staff for the great work. Especially jack ( Apprentice) for helping me find the right garage.
