I came across this garage while searching for one that would offer specialised care to my twenty old Lexus, rather than going to a main dealer. After reading other people's thoughts I sent an email to enquire and received an answer which offered a clear and budget-conscious quote. My car was repaired and serviced with the care I wished for and always with the 'best' advice. Highly recommend this garage. Always found it difficult to find a place to trust knowing I’m not being ripped off. Never had a problem here and price is always great and fair. Friendly mechanics and won’t go anywhere else. The fact this place is always busy, speaks for itself.

I’ve been using Whatlington Garage for over 10 years after losing confidence in another garage, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else now. They’re always clear and transparent about pricing, setting realistic with time frames to manage my expectations and I’ve never had any issues with the work carried out. The forecourt is always busy, which really shows how much people trust and use them locally. All the staff are friendly and approachable, and as someone who doesn’t know much about cars, I’ve always felt comfortable and never out of my depth when discussing what's wrong with my car and their plan to fix it. Highly recommend.
